Yoga on St. Catharines City Hall Lawn

Shannon Passero, owner of The Post Office, and Tracy Duru of Moksha Yoga St. Catharines are excited to hold free yoga classes at noon on the lawn at St. Catharines City Hall on Thursday, August 11 and 18 from Noon to 1pm. Come out for an hour and stretch, relax and get rid of your stress.

This is the first time yoga has been held at City Hall.  Don’t be surprised if you see Mayor Sendzik!   The mayor is a strong advocate of physical health and well being and will be joining the fun.

Shannon Passero and Moksha Yoga owner Tracy Duru are teaming up as an extension of Shannon’s pop-up shop at the Crafts Market on James St. and Moksha’s unique style of yoga that Tracy teaches at her studio on Glenridge Ave.  There’ll be music with DJ Dave Stiles.

The first 100 people to sign up online will receive a free yoga towel!

Please bring a food donation to support Community Care St. Catharines -Thorold.

To participate in Yoga on the Lawn all attendees must sign and bring with them the Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability.
